What if your package is lost or stolen?

Hidden strives to provide the best service possible for our sisters. Hidden is not responsible for any items lost, damaged or stolen during the delivery process. Hidden is also not responsible for any delayed packaging and this is including holiday seasons. For any issues, it is best to file a claim with the carrier for mishandled items. We are not responsible for any items once they are shipped from our facility.
