Refund policy

All sales are FINAL meaning NO REFUNDS unless we provide you with the incorrect order. We can exchange it for the correct order ONLY if it is not used and in the original packaging which it was received. Exchange approval will be accepted after receiving the items back and doing a full inspection. This process can take up to 30 days depending on when the item is received
